SANTA CASA REALIZA INTEGRAÇÃO DOS PRIMEIROS JOVENS APRENDIZES DE SUA HISTÓRIA

A Santa Casa de São Carlos realizou, na segunda-feira (13/03), a integração dos primeiros jovens aprendizes de sua história. Ao todo, são 20 contratados entre 18 e 24 anos.
O grupo participou de um processo de integração sobre as normas e o funcionamento do hospital. Em seguida, houve uma apresentação com docentes do Senac (Senac) sobre o curso e o trabalho que vão realizar durante o período do Programa Jovem Aprendiz.
O gerente de Gestão de Pessoas da Santa Casa de São Carlos, Samir Rodrigues, ressaltou que o programa é uma porta de entrada para o mercado de trabalho com ganhos relevantes para todos e que a expectativa é abrir mais vagas em breve.
”A preparação que o jovem receberá, além de desenvolver competências importantes para os aspectos profissionais, ocorrerão vivências durante os períodos teórico e prático, que refletirão no papel de cidadãos em suas ações responsáveis e no futuro para as próprias organizações”, disse Samir Rodrigues.
A professora da área de aprendizagem do Senac Larissa Milanetto explicou que o Jovem Aprendiz traz muitos aprendizados e os prepara para o ambiente de trabalho.
“A gente ensina um pouco de participação social, sustentabilidade, mundo do trabalho, ética. Tudo isso que o Senac vai trazer, eles vão poder inserir no mundo do trabalho e na empresa”, disse Larissa Milanetto.
O Jovem Aprendiz Vitor Manoel, de 18 anos, foi contratado para trabalhar no departamento de Farmácia da Santa Casa. Ele contou que será seu primeiro emprego de carteira assinada e que estava difícil conseguir uma vaga, pois não tinha experiência.
“Eu espero adquirir muita experiência, porque é muito complicado arrumar um serviço sem experiência. Eu entreguei mais de 60 currículos, foi muito complicado. Essa vaga pensei que seria só mais uma, nunca pensei que ia começar a trabalhar na Santa Casa, fazer um curso. Estou disposto a aprender e adquirir muito muita experiência”, relatou o jovem.
O Provedor Antônio Valério Morillas Júnior disse que é uma satisfação receber os jovens selecionados do programa. “Vejo a Santa Casa no seu caminho assistencial, ensino e pesquisa, está formando mão de obra através desses aprendizes. É muito importante para o hospital e a sociedade, o fortalecimento no ensino desses jovens. A Santa Casa mais uma vez cumprindo seu papel social de formação desses jovens”. concluiu o Provedor.
