PARTE DO IMPOSTO DE RENDA PODE SER DOADO PARA PROJETOS DA SANTA CASA

Pela declaração do IR, que vai até o dia 31 de maio, o valor máximo para ser destinado por pessoa física é de 3%. Pessoa jurídica pode doar até 1% do imposto devido.
Os valores doados serão destinados para projetos sociais da Santa Casa. Em 2022, o hospital obteve o registro no Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente (CMDCA) e no Conselho Municipal do Idoso (CMI).
Para fazer a destinação para a Santa Casa via declaração do Imposto de Renda, é necessário entrar no sistema do programa da Receita Federal, definir a entidade, que no caso é municipal, e escolher o valor.
O contador e diretor do Bacchini Contabilidade, Fabio Bacchini, explicou que, para pessoas físicas existem dois prazos para doação: o primeiro era até 31 de dezembro, com opção de destinar até 6% do imposto. A partir de janeiro até o prazo final da declaração do IR 2023, o valor máximo é de 3%.
“Caso vá efetuar a doação diretamente na declaração, o limite é de 3%, metade do anterior. Ele vai buscar no programa a ficha ‘Doações Diretamente na Declaração’, colocar o valor e imprimir o DARF para fazer o recolhimento dessa doação”, explicou Bacchini.
Empresas que optarem pelo regime tributário lucro real podem fazer a doação de até 1% do lucro do imposto devido. “É importante que entre em contato com a entidade e verifique se tem a inscrição validade, no caso a Santa Casa possui. Depois, ver com o contador externo ou de dentro da empresa, para que se faça esse pagamento e possa deduzir no valor do imposto”, disse o contador.
A Gerente de Captação de Recursos, Ariellen Guimarães, explicou que o dinheiro destinado à Santa Casa deverá, obrigatoriamente, ser aplicado na realização de projetos voltados às crianças e aos idosos.
“Esses valores não vêm para a Santa Casa diretamente, passam pelo Fundo da Criança ou do Idoso, e a Santa Casa tem que apresentar projetos específicos para essas áreas. É a primeira vez que recebemos recursos destinados via Imposto de Renda, então estamos com uma expectativa muito boa, porque isso vai ajudar muito com melhorias no hospital”, contou Ariellen.
O Provedor Antônio Valério Morillas Júnior destaca que as pessoas que puderem fazer a doação para a Santa Casa, destinando parte do Imposto de Renda, vão ajudar a instituição em investimentos que visam a melhoria na qualidade assistencial e no espaço físico do hospital.
“Desde já quero agradecer o empenho de toda a sociedade e carinho com a Santa Casa, através de outros projetos, como as tampinhas, dando possibilidades para que o hospital possa continuar melhorando a sua qualidade assistencial e humanizando seu atendimento” disse o provedor.
ATENDIMENTOS DE CRIANÇAS, ADOLESCENTES E IDOSOS EM 2022
Em 2022, a Santa Casa realizou cerca de 258 mil atendimentos. Do total, foram 88.746 pacientes acima de 60 anos e 27.028 crianças e adolescentes (0 a 18 anos incompletos).

Para doar, o contribuinte deve acessar o site www.doefumcad.com e clicar em doar agora. Faça seu cadastro e depois escolha a instituição Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Carlos. Coloque o valor da doação (veja com seu contador o melhor valor). Baixe o boleto bancário e faça o pagamento. Após o pagamento, basta lançar na sua declaração anual de Imposto de Renda.
Já para ajudar com projetos voltados aos idosos, o contribuinte deve
acessar o site https://cidadao.saocarlos.sp.gov.br/, fazer o cadastro e
clicar no botão Doação FMISC. Coloque o valor da doação (veja com
seu contador o melhor valor). Baixe o boleto bancário e faça o
pagamento. Após o pagamento, basta lançar na sua declaração anual de Imposto de Renda.
